CASTING & ADVERTISING NOTICES Casting Call accepts advertisements and casting notices in good faith, assumes no liability for the content of either, and reserves the right to refuse or edit any submission for any reason. The Publisher reserves the right to accept, edit, reject, or cancel any advertisement or casting notices at its discretion. Publication of an advertisement or notice does not guarantee future publication of same. Casting Call will not be liable for failure to publish any advertisement or notice as requested and any liability from error will be limited to an adjustment for the cost of the space occupied for the error. Maximum liability for such an error will be a full refund of the first incorrect advertisement only, or republication of the corrected advertisement. Casting Call will not, under any circumstances, be liable for any consequential damages of any kind. Advertisers and persons submitting casting notices to Casting Call, assume all legal responsibility for the contents of their published copy, and in submitting copy for publication, agree to indemnify Casting Call for any legal claims against the magazine arising out of their advertisement or notices. DISCLAIMER Casting Call will not post any casting notices which require dues or fees, nudity, adult situations, and/or X-Rated film-type castings. Listing of casting notices is at the sole discretion of Casting Call, and the magazine reserves the right to refuse any notices for any reason. Since casting notices cannot be verified for accuracy and truthfulness, Casting Call shall not be liable, directly and indirectly, for any of the editorial content of any of the casting notices or advertisements. Published casting notices do not have the recommendation nor the endorsement of Casting Call, nor do they necessarily reflect the views of the magazine or its editorial staff. If in answering a casting notice, you encounter a dishonest, immoral, or lewd operation, or a business that is not properly license please contact the appropriate local authorities. Casting Call reserves the right to revoke user accounts who violate our disclaimer and terms of service. This may include removal of user profile and any casting calls posted in our database.
